- A confirmation voucher will be sent to you when the tour reaches the minimum number of participants.
- If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be canceled. Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before departure, as the tour will leave on time.
- Pick-up times may vary by 10-15 minutes due to late group members or traffic conditions. Please note that the itinerary is subject to change based on weather and on-site conditions on the day of the tour.
- If bad weather or other unavoidable factors cause the attraction to close after departure, an alternative attraction will be arranged, and no refund will be given.
- The tour guide's language may change based on the group's nationality and size without prior notice. The tour may operate in English if participants are from different nationalities.
- Children under 3 years old (36 months) can join the tour for free but must not occupy a seat. This does not include tickets for various attractions. If incorrect age information is provided, travelers are responsible for covering any price differences.
- Vehicles will be arranged based on the final group size. If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance after booking.
- If your health condition is not suitable for trekking, we do not recommend joining this tour.
- Travelers using LINE for communication must share their correct ID and set their profile to be searchable.
- This tour is basically non-refundable. However, If the minimum number of people is not met refund will be available.

A minimum of 14 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
