・After booking, you can provide your own itinerary information in the order information or you can ask us to create a suitable itinerary for you. ・The customer service will contact you via instant messaging one day before the trip to arrange the itinerary service. ・If you are carrying a wheelchair, baby stroller, luggage or large items on the trip, please provide the information when placing the order. ・According to the Road Traffic (Safety Equipment) (Amendment) Regulation, from November 1, 2025,
Children under eight years old cannot sit in the front or back seat of a private car unless they are 1.35 meters tall.
Children aged eight or above or passengers at least 1.35 metres tall must use child restraints.
The driver is not allowed to drive a private car on any road unless the child is restrained or wears an adult seat belt.

- Additional tunnel toll: The package includes one round-trip toll to the Hung Hom Cross Harbor Tunnel. If you need to use other toll tunnels additionally, passengers need to pay the relevant fees.
- Parking lot fees: During the service process, the driver will wait at a location near the destination to avoid additional fees. If the passenger asks the driver to wait in a paid parking or area, the driver must pay the relevant fees.
- Designated Tunnel Fees If passengers designate to use the Western Harbor Crossing or Tai Lam Tunnel, passengers need to pay relevant fees.
- Over-kilometer fee: After exceeding the number of kilometers included in the package, if the passenger continues to use the car, he or she must pay an over-kilometer fee. All models are charged HKD 10/1 kilometer. If the mileage is less than 1 kilometer, it will be calculated as 1 kilometer.
- Overtime fee: If the passenger continues to use the car after exceeding the time included in the package, he or she will need to pay an overtime fee, which is HKD 350 per hour (calculated in units of 1 hour)

Reminders
・There is no free waiting time for private charter car service, and it will be calculated from the order reservation service time
・During the trip, the driver will park the vehicle near the drop-off point to avoid incurring additional parking fees.
If you are required to wait in designated paid parking or any paid area, all reimbursable fees must be paid to the driver.
・Kilometers traveled: 100 kilometers included in the 4-hour package / 150 kilometers included in the 6-hour package / 200 kilometers included in the 8-hour package
・Excess mileage fee: If you exceed the number of kilometers included in the package, you will need to pay an overage mileage fee if you continue to use the car.
All models are charged HKD 10/1 kilometer. If the distance is less than 1 kilometer, it will be calculated as 1 kilometer.
・After exceeding the time included in the package, if you continue to use the car, you will be charged an overtime fee.
Hourly charge: HKD250.00 for 5-seat model (calculated in units of 1 hour)
7-seater model HKD350.00 (calculated based on 1 hour)

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
