Born in Otsu City, Shiga Prefecture in 1972. After graduating from high school, he trained in Japanese cuisine at famous restaurants in Kyoto and Shiga. In 1995, he became the head chef of Kappo Takada and established a new style of Japanese cuisine using Wagyu beef. In 2000, he trained at a famous yakiniku restaurant in the prefecture to further his meat cooking skills. In 2020, he joined Sogo Omi Beef Trading Co., Ltd. and became the head chef in 2023. Based on the skills and spirit of Kyoto cuisine, he expresses a new style of "pure Japanese yakiniku cuisine" using Omi beef and Omi vegetables.
Our restaurant has 9 tables and all rooms are private. We have tatami rooms, sunken kotatsu seats, and table seats available. We may not be able to accommodate your request, but you can choose the type of room if you wish, so please feel free to ask.
