We serve Hiroshima-grown meat prepared as charcoal-grilled skewers and steaks. We offer a selection of about 100 carefully curated wines.
For a limited time, our terrace seating features an all-day happy hour! Open from 14:00 on weekends and holidays! ◆ Banquet Courses All-you-can-drink courses featuring Sante's signature dishes. Dessert plates can also be added. High chairs for children are available. ◆ Signature Meat Dishes Menu items featuring local Hiroshima beef and pork. Our charcoal-grilled skewers, steaks, and spare ribs are highly popular! ◆ Carefully Selected Wines We always stock about 100 varieties of carefully selected wines. You can even purchase the wines you enjoyed at the restaurant.
Enjoy Hiroshima's specialty oysters with wine at Sante. We have a variety of dishes to enjoy, including Clair Oysters from Osakikamijima, steamed oysters, fried oysters, and oysters pickled in oil.
A charcoal grill is set up in the center of the restaurant. We will grill sausages and homemade bacon until they are fragrant and delicious. We also have a wide variety of other dishes that we are proud of, such as dishes that make use of our own grown vegetables. One of the dishes we recommend is the "Red Wine Motsu Simmered Offal," which is made by slowly simmering Hiroshima Prefecture six-grain pork offal with aromatic vegetables. This is an excellent dish that allows you to enjoy the richness of our special demi-glace sauce and red miso. It also goes well with wine, so please enjoy it together.
We have about 200 types of wine available. You can order more than 12 types by the glass as well as by the bottle. In addition to the main menu, we also offer wines from around the world that change daily. You can also enjoy wines purchased at the attached wine shop in the store. We also have a happy hour on weekdays from 5pm to 7pm. Enjoy a variety of drinks at a great price, including our homemade limoncello made with lemons from Hiroshima Prefecture.
Our restaurant is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can enjoy a stylish atmosphere with sparkling chandeliers. In addition to counter seats surrounding the grill, we also have terrace seats with a spacious feel. Please use it for everyday use such as a quick drink with friends or a meal with the family, as well as special occasions such as dates and private parties. We are also open all day on weekends, making it ideal for off-peak hours ◎ Casual lunches are also welcome!

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
