The Tokushima Red Sea Bream has firm flesh from being tossed about by the rapids. Enjoy its high-quality fat and umami as sashimi or in a hot rice pot. The Tokushima Sudachi Yellowtail, which has been certified as a "Tokushima Special Brand," is raised on feed containing sudachi citrus from Tokushima Prefecture, and is characterized by its refreshing flavor and firm flesh. It goes well not only as sashimi, but also with our special sesame sauce. Please give it a try.
