• If you are participating alone, the participation fee for two people will be required.

• All rooms are double bed (one large bed). There are no twin bed rooms.
• For 3 people, we will provide one DBL (two large beds) room.

• If the waiting time for airport pick-up exceeds 90 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, an additional fee of 150 TWD will be charged for every 30 minutes (up to a maximum of 300 TWD).

• During the peak seasons listed below, traffic restrictions will be put into place at certain tourist destinations, so heavy congestion is expected. You may need to transfer to a shuttle bus near your destination.

• For 1-4 people, we will use a sedan, for 5-8 people, we will use a wagon. The car model may change without notice.
• Regarding the driver, we will have a Japanese speaking driver. As we are not a tour guide, we will only be able to provide simple information, interpretation, directions, and emergency response. We cannot provide information at each tourist spot other than what is included in the tour plan.

• Parents are responsible for supervising their children during the tour. If a child damages any items on the vehicle or at any tourist attractions, the parents will be required to pay compensation.
・If your flight is cancelled due to a typhoon, there will be no cancellation fee if you submit a certificate of cancellation due to a typhoon to us in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
