If you require two single beds or one double bed, please note this in your order. If not specified, room assignment will be at the hotel's discretion.
Alishan House is located in a pedestrian-restricted area. To enter or leave the hotel, you must take the free hotel shuttle from the [Alishan Visitor Center] entrance to [Alishan House].
Room Arrangement Note:
The itinerary will prioritize booking the 'Modern Building' room type at Alishan House for you.
If the Modern Building is fully booked, it will be automatically changed to the 'Historic Building' room type (※This room type does not have a bathtub).
If you cannot accept the change to the Historic Building, please do not place an order to avoid disputes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!! - In response to environmental policies, all hotels no longer provide disposable room amenities (e.g., toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, shower caps, razors, cotton swabs, etc.). Please bring your own personal toiletries to reduce environmental impact.

This trip is a semi-self-guided tour package and does not require a group leader or tour guide to accompany you throughout the trip.
The transportation aspect of this itinerary is ride-sharing, and it is possible to share the car with other passengers.
The itinerary content must be based on the information on the itinerary confirmation. If the meeting time changes, please refer to the driver's on-site announcement.
The tour route and scenic spots will be adjusted according to the actual situation of the tour guide and the season. If there are adjustments, please rely on the tour guide to lead the tour on-site. In the event of bad weather or force majeure caused by natural disasters, the guided tour will be canceled depending on the conditions on the day. If there are any changes in the itinerary and gathering time, the on-site tour guide will be the main one to lead the group. Please cooperate.
Due to limited resources on the mountain, food and accommodation are simple and comfortable. Please be informed.
Seats on the Alishan Forest Railway Main Line (Alishan - Chiayi) are by reservation only and the number is limited. The reservation status of this itinerary does not guarantee that the small train will be available. If the Skytrain's open reservations are full, the company reserves the right to adjust the alternative transportation plan for up and down mountain transportation. If passengers cannot accept it, please do not order and pay.
After purchase, if the boarding and alighting location is originally Chiayi Railway Station but needs to be temporarily changed to Chiayi High Speed Rail Station, an additional fee of NT$ 100 per person for one way will be charged on site (same price for adults and children).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
