After purchase, please make a reservation with Lung Sheung via WhatsApp at 9509 9565 at least 1 week prior to your experience date.

Customers joining the One-Day Qipao Rental Experience are required to return the qipao to the store before 6:30pm on the same day.

Customers joining the Two-Day-One-Night Qipao Rental Experience are required to return the qipao to the store before 6:30pm on the following day.

A refundable deposit of HK$500 per qipao is required upon rental at the store (cash, VISA, and MasterCard accepted). The deposit will be returned upon the qipao’s return.

Packages that include makeup and photography services must be reserved at least 1 week in advance.

Packages that include photography services cover qipao rental and makeup for 1 person only. Additional participants will be charged according to the “One-Day Qipao Rental Experience with Makeup” pricing.

Please arrive on time for your appointment and outfit change. Late arrivals due to personal reasons will be considered a cancellation, and no refunds will be provided.

Garment Damage: Customers are required to compensate at full value for any damage to the garments caused by personal negligence or misuse.

If a customer arrives late and the reserved services cannot be completed as scheduled, the store will not provide compensation for the lost time or omitted services. Thank you for your understanding.

Female customers are advised to wear light-colored underwear or a strapless bra, and to bring their own high heels or flats.

Male customers are advised to wear dark-colored trousers and bring their own dark leather shoes or white sneakers.

The store provides temporary storage for personal belongings. Please avoid storing valuable items, as the store will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

All rental services **do not include footwear**.

Terms & Conditions for Designated Packages with Makeup Service:

- Makeup service for each female customer takes approximately 1–1.5 hours.

- Makeup services are provided by makeup artists appointed by the store.

- As each qipao makeup and styling session takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, customers are advised to communicate their preferred style with the store’s makeup artist in advance before the session begins. Any disputes raised after the makeup process has been completed will not be accepted by the store.

- If customers have any known special requirements or conditions related to cosmetics or makeup tools (such as allergies), they are welcome to bring their own products and tools, and should inform and communicate with the store’s makeup artist before the makeup session begins. The store will not be held responsible for any health issues caused by insufficient communication or failure to disclose such conditions.

Terms & Conditions for Designated Packages with Photography Service:

- Photography services are provided by photographers appointed by the store.

- The photography session time will commence upon leaving the store, or at a mutually agreed time between the customer and the photographer.

- Outdoor photography sessions are عادة conducted around the Happy Valley area. This service does not include any transportation expenses; if transportation is required, customers are responsible for covering the photographer’s travel costs.

- Approximately 140–180 photos (for the 1.5-hour package) will be provided via cloud download link within around one week. The Vintage Portrait Package includes 3 edited photos (0.5-hour package). Each photo file size is approximately 3MB–5MB.

- Photos will only be edited according to the photographer’s signature style and color tone, and do not include detailed retouching services. If customers have specific preferences regarding photo editing or color grading styles, please communicate with the photographer before the session begins. Any disputes raised after the service has been completed will not be accepted by the store.

- If customers require the original unedited photos (RAW files without color grading or any retouching), an additional fee of HK$30 per photo will apply.

- The photo download link will remain valid for 14 days from the date of delivery and will expire automatically without prior notice. If customers wish to retrieve the photo files after the link has expired, an additional HK$300 administrative fee will be charged. A new download link will then be reactivated for another 14 days upon payment, and the same arrangement will apply thereafter.

- The copyright of the photos will be jointly shared between the store, KKday, the photographer, and the customer. If customers do not wish for the store or photographer to publish the photos on social media platforms, please inform the store or the photographer before the service begins.
