Today I finally checked in at the Food Studio buffet lunch at the Marriott Seaview Hotel. The overall experience was amazing! The restaurant is spacious, the seating is spacious enough, the window and the sea view, the dining atmosphere is comfortable, the waiter collects the dishes and refills the water quickly, the details are in place. The food options are varied and the seafood area is definitely the focus. The snow crab legs are full and sweet, the lobster lasagna soup is rich and delicious, with bouncy rice noodles and poached eggs, which is satisfying. The sashimi is freshly cut thick, and there are caviar with thin pancakes, seafood poke bowl, tender mussels, served with creamy seafood soup, rich seafood layers. For hot food, you must try the grilled beef. The pink meat is tender and juicy. The dessert area is really dazzling, with red velvet cake, various tarts, coconut-flavored squares, and three balls of handmade ice cream. The texture is smooth and not too sweet. Every product shows the care of the kitchen, not the usual hotel buffet standard. Chatting with friends for lunch, slowly trying each one, from appetizers, seafood to desserts all at once, very good value for money for this price point, worth a return visit!

It's a small place with a limited variety of food, but the quality of the food is actually quite good.
