Guests who rent a cheongsam for one day must return it to the store before 6:30 p.m. on the same day.

Guests who choose to rent a cheongsam for two days and one night must return it to the store before 6:30 PM the following day.

A deposit of HK$500 (cash, VISA, MASTER) is required when renting each cheongsam from the store and will be refunded upon return.

Packages that include makeup and photography services require reservations at least one week in advance.

The plan that includes photography service only includes cheongsam and makeup for one person. If additional people are required, the price of "One-day cheongsam rental experience with makeup" will be charged extra.

Please arrive and change clothes at the appointment time. If you arrive late due to personal reasons, the appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Damaged clothing: If the clothing is damaged due to personal reasons, compensation must be paid according to the price.

If a customer is late and our store is unable to complete the booked service on time, we will not make up for the lost time or content. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Female clients are advised to wear light-colored underwear or a strapless bra, and to bring their own high heels or flat shoes.

Male customers are advised to wear dark trousers and bring their own dark-colored leather shoes or white sneakers.

This shop provides temporary storage for personal belongings. Please avoid storing valuables here. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.

All rental services **do not include footwear**.

Terms and Conditions for [Designated Packages for Makeup Services]:

- Makeup time for each female client is 1 - 1.5 hours.

- The makeup services at our store are provided by our designated makeup artists.

- As each cheongsam makeup and styling service takes approximately one to one hour and thirty minutes, we recommend that guests communicate with our makeup artist beforehand to discuss the styling. We will not be liable for any disputes arising after the makeup process is completed.

- If a guest has known special needs or conditions regarding cosmetics and tools (such as allergic reactions), the store welcomes guests to bring their own appropriate tools and cosmetics and to communicate and inform the makeup artist before the makeup session begins. The store will not be responsible for any health problems arising from insufficient communication or concealment of information.

Terms and Conditions for [Designated Photography Service Packages]:

- Our photography services are provided by our designated photographers.

- The start time for photography services is calculated from the time the customer leaves the store or, if the customer and the photographer agree on this.

- Outdoor photography areas are usually in the Happy Valley area, and this service does not include any transportation expenses. If transportation is required, the customer must cover the photographer's transportation costs.

- Approximately 140-180 photos (1.5 hours each) will be delivered via cloud link within about one week. Each photo is approximately 3MB to 5MB in size.

- Photos are processed according to the photographer's style and color tone only, and do not include retouching or other professional services. Clients with personal preferences for photo color grading should discuss this with the photographer before the service begins. We will not be liable for any disputes arising after the service.

- If customers require the original photos (RAW versions of photos without color correction or any processing), the fee is HK$30 per photo.

- Photo links are valid for 14 days from the date of delivery, after which they will automatically expire without notice. Customers wishing to retrieve the photo file after the link expires must pay an additional $300 administrative fee. New links will automatically become available 14 days after payment, and so on.

- KKDAY and its photographers automatically share the copyright of this photo with the client. If the client does not wish the photographer or KKDAY to publish this photo on social media, please inform KKDAY or its photographer before the service begins.
