If you visit on a date other than the [Basic Price Date], you will be required to pay an additional fee on-site. Please also be aware of closed days. (For details, please check the official website.)

We will refuse entry to those with tattoos or body art (tattoos, paint, stickers, etc.), those deemed to be members or associates of organized crime or other anti-social groups, and those deemed otherwise inappropriate for using this facility.

For safety reasons, children aged 0-5 are not allowed to enter Spa LaQua.

Guests aged 6-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (6-11 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian of the same sex) until 6:00 PM (last admission 3:00 PM).

If you lose your wristband, shoe locker key, indoor clothing, or towel, you will be charged the actual cost. Please be careful not to lose these items.

We will not allow intoxicated people or those with skin diseases or other infectious diseases to enter the facility.

You will not be able to leave or re-enter the building midway.

Please refrain from bringing any items not directly related to bathing, such as food, drinks, newspapers, magazines, books, or electronic devices into the bathroom.

Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please smoke in the designated smoking area.

Please avoid bathing after consuming alcohol, taking medication, or immediately after exercise.

Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, or loss that occur within the building.

There are areas in the building where the use of electronic devices such as smartphones, and taking pictures and making phone calls are prohibited. *Even in areas where photography is permitted, taking pictures directed at people other than those accompanying you is strictly prohibited.

Please enter the building barefoot or in socks.
