Purchase Notice
1. Children over 3 years old are charged the same price as adults, and children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free. No other itineraries are provided, and please hold them on your lap. If you need the team to assist with insurance, please make a note in advance and provide the insured person's name/ID number/birthday, and pay the insurance premium on the same day.
2. The lunch arrangement on the day will be based on the number of people and will not be specified. If you require vegetarian food, please leave a note after placing the order so that we can prepare in advance.
3. To avoid delays, please be sure to gather 10-15 minutes before departure. If you are late, you will not be able to reschedule or get a refund. Please note.

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
When registering, you must fill in the participating member information accurately to facilitate subsequent insurance. If you need to change the participant, please submit it 3 days in advance. The change is limited to one time.
The DIY experience content is mainly provided on site. If the materials are insufficient, it will be replaced by an experience of equal value.
The time stated in the itinerary is for reference only. Due to road conditions, the itinerary sequence or time will be adjusted based on actual conditions.
Please gather on time within the specified time. If a passenger leaves the group or fails to gather due to personal reasons during the itinerary, the company will not refund the fee.
In the event of traffic jams, traffic control and other irresistible factors, the stay time at each attraction will be adjusted. Please follow the tour guide's instructions.
Part of the tour requires walking, so please wear light and comfortable shoes. If you are afraid of being exposed to the sun outdoors, please bring your own parasol and sunglasses.
If your itinerary includes visits to cultural and art venues such as the New Taipei City Art Museum, please bring your ID for smooth entry.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 10 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 5 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
