Matsue Suigo Festival Lake Fireworks Display - Paid Seating Ticket Reservation (Shimane Prefecture, Matsue City - Fireworks Display)

1. Decisions regarding cancellation, etc., and refunds.

• Due to the nature of the event, the decision to hold the fireworks display will be made until the very last minute, even if it rains from the morning.
  
• Even on sunny days, fireworks displays can be canceled due to wind. (These fireworks displays are heavily influenced by the wind.)
  
• Because the launch site is close to the lakeshore, there is a possibility that the police may issue an evacuation order on the day of the launch depending on weather conditions such as strong winds.
  
• If the event is cancelled, we will refund the full amount of the paid seating fee. If the event is cancelled midway through, no refund will be given.
  
• If the event is cancelled, there will be no postponement. Please check the official website for the latest information regarding whether the event will be held on the day.
  

2. Regarding paid seating

• Children of elementary school age and older require a ticket for the paid seating area. Preschool children can sit on an adult's lap for free. However, if you wish to reserve a seat for a child in the paid seating area, even preschool children will need a ticket.
  
• You are permitted to bring in items that can be managed within the designated space. However, tents, parasols, tables, tall chairs or tables that obstruct the view of the surroundings (approximately 35 cm or less), open flames, and hazardous materials are prohibited.
  
• Pets, regardless of size, are not allowed inside.
• Please keep strollers in the designated area or store them in the designated location so as not to obstruct other guests' viewing. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
  
• The use of umbrellas is prohibited inside the venue. Please bring a raincoat or similar.
  
• Outside of designated camera areas, tripods are limited to seated height. Standing up to take photos or taking photos in areas other than your assigned seat, such as aisles, is prohibited.
  
• For health and safety reasons, you may use a parasol until sunset. However, please stop using it immediately after sunset or if staff or on-site announcements instruct you to stop using it.
  
• There are no mats or cushions provided in the tiered seating area, so please bring your own cushion or seat cover.
  
• The dimensions of each seat are as follows:
• (Staircase seating) 70cm x 80cm (Folding chair seating) W40.5cm x D45cm x H70cm
  
• In the event of a sudden illness, accident, or other similar incident occurring within or around the viewing area, and in order to ensure safety, you may be asked to move seats if instructed by the police, fire department, or other authorities.

3. Others

• It will be very crowded on the day, so please be seated by 7 PM. (Doors open at 5 PM)
  
• When entering, please follow the instructions of security guards and staff and enter slowly.
  
• Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Please be sure to bring your ticket and enter/exit through the designated gate.
  
• Food and drinks are allowed at all tables, but smoking is prohibited.
  
• Please take your trash home with you.
  
• Cell phone service may be unavailable at the fireworks venue.
  
• Reselling tickets is prohibited.
• We will refuse to sell tickets to or grant entry to organized crime members or those associated with organized crime.
  
• Please take precautions against heatstroke. Wear cool clothing, replenish fluids and electrolytes frequently, and take adequate rest.
  
• Please refrain from using selfie sticks in crowded areas.
  
• Entering someone else's apartment building or property without permission is a crime. Never do it.
  
• Flying small unmanned aircraft (such as drones) by spectators is prohibited.
• Please review and agree to the terms and conditions regarding the sale and viewing of tickets for the Matsue Suigo Festival's paid seating area before purchasing.

• Ticket redemption hours are from 8:30 to 19:30. Your seat number will be provided when you redeem your ticket using the QR code.
