  • Due to limited parking spaces in the park, only one fixed parking space is provided per room based on the number of rooms.
  • Pets are not allowed in the park. If found, they will not be allowed to enter the park and no refund will be given.
  • It is prohibited to carry any contraband in the park. If found, the park has the right to ask you to stop the activity immediately and leave the park without refund.
  • Access control will begin after the last entry time is 21:00.
  • Check-in time: after 13:30 pm on the same day [check-in is available after 15:00 pm].
  • Departure time: before 13:00 pm the next day [check-out procedures must be completed before 11:00]. Extra time and late check-out will not be accepted. A late fee of NT$5,000 will be charged for each hour of delay.
  • Afternoon tea service time: 14:00 - 16:00, dinner service time: 18:00 - 21:00, brunch service time: 08:30 - 12:00
  • In order to maintain the quality of accommodation and the rights and interests of other VIP guests, the volume in the park will be controlled. Please lower the volume from 22:00 in the evening to 08:00 the next day and refrain from making loud noises.
  • If the guest is under 12 years old at the time of booking, please prepare identification documents for verification when checking in on site.
  • The park is wide and has stairs, height differences, and slopes. Elderly people and those with mobility impairments are advised to assess whether their physical condition is suitable for the visit. We apologize.
  • No commercial activities are allowed in the park, such as shooting magazines, advertisements, etc. If necessary, please contact the staff in advance.

  • For cancellations made 4 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 35% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
