Purchase Notice
・Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 30 minutes before. To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, no latecomers will be accommodated. If you do not get on the boat due to personal reasons, no additional refund will be given.
・Please pay the Tokashiki Village Environmental Cooperation Tax of 100 yen per person (high school student and above) at the reception desk on the day of the event.
・When departing from Chatan, an additional facility usage fee of 200 yen for adults and 100 yen for children is required. Please pay on site.
・One adult can only bring one child under 6 years old. Passengers under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
・Due to sea conditions and weather conditions on the day of the itinerary, the arrival time at Tokashiki Island may be delayed, resulting in a shortened stay on the island. Please forgive us.
・This itinerary is a same-day round-trip itinerary. Please understand that the return trip cannot be changed to other dates.
・After disembarking at Tokashiki Port, the staff will lead everyone onto the bus and meet the staff holding a sign with the words "リーフィン国吉". There is no tour guide for this trip, and it is a self-service service.
・Children do not occupy seats on the shuttle bus. Please sit on their parents’ lap. There is no space for luggage in the car, so please do not bring large luggage.

The bathing beach project does not include a tour guide. Visitors should pay attention to safety when freely moving on the beach. Our company will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries. Please be sure to wear a life jacket when swimming in the swimming area.
For snorkeling, the staff will sail for 5 minutes to the coral reef waters, and the instructor will take everyone to snorkel together (the instructor is a Japanese instructor).
It is recommended that you purchase third-party travel insurance before departure to provide additional protection for your trip.
Please note that passengers with circulatory and respiratory system disorders, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver diseases, hangovers, those who drank alcohol on the day, and are in poor health on the day are not allowed to participate in the itinerary.
If the minimum number of participants (10 people) is not reached, the trip can be canceled the day before.
Return to Naha Miejo Port may be delayed. Passengers flying should allow sufficient time for their journey. Please note that we are not responsible if you miss your flight.
Please bring swimsuits, towels, changes of clothes, beach shoes, sunscreen, etc. as needed.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
