High Speed ​​Rail (HSR) holiday tickets are special packages with specific rules regarding the origin and destination stations. For example, if you choose to depart from Taipei Station and stay at a hotel in Kaohsiung, your outbound ticket will be from Taipei to Zuoying, and your return ticket will be from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be given for getting off midway, and if you miss your stop, you will need to pay the difference according to the official HSR fare announcement. Due to mountain road driving and passenger safety considerations, the shuttle bus does not provide standing spaces. If there are adults, young children or infants traveling with you, please be sure to inform and pay the shuttle fee before registration or departure. If the itinerary includes accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to the regulations of each hotel. If the itinerary includes accommodation, the number of rooms with advertised prices is limited. The actual room types available are subject to sales conditions and cannot be exchanged for other room types.
For pre-purchased itineraries departing after the 29th, the high-speed rail tickets will be booked 29 days before the high-speed rail departure date. The actual number of trains that can be taken is subject to the customer service staff's reply.
