What You Can Expect

- Meet in front of Animate Ikebukuro main store. Your guide will be waiting with a sign that says "Abracadabra Tours." Your guide will be in cosplay, so you should be able to find him easily!
- We arrived at Animate Group's photo studio "Cosset Ikebukuro Main Store"! It's a popular studio that any cosplayer knows!
- First, the guide will explain in English about the venue's facilities and important points to note. There will be other participants in the studio booth, so we will explain some rules that you must follow!
- You will be assisted by a guide who can speak English and Japanese! *Multilingual guidebooks are available (Chinese, Korean, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.), so you can participate even if you do not understand English or Japanese. We will do our best to provide languages other than those listed above, so please contact us in advance.
- Once the explanation is finished, it's time to choose your costume! There are over 100 costumes to choose from!
- You're sure to find your favorite outfit!
- Your guide will also suggest outfits with designs that will suit you! Your guide, who is an expert in clothing, will also give you advice on the size that will suit you best!

●Please note that wigs and makeup services are not available.
●You may apply your own makeup during the time allotted. Please bring your own makeup tools if necessary. A dressing table with a mirror and hair irons are available for free use.
●The costume is delicately made and cannot be worn directly; please wear an undergarment such as a T-shirt.
●The sizes are JP sizes, and many of the items are made of materials that do not stretch easily. We update the sizes regularly, so please contact us if you have any questions regarding the sizes.
●The studio is not rented exclusively for you, so there may be other customers using the studio.
●The costumes shown on the tour product page may not be available for selection on the day due to reasons such as being undergoing cleaning or maintenance.
●In the trial program, each person may only wear one outfit. If you try on an outfit and it doesn't fit, you can change it.
●The photographed data will be processed by the photographer and sent to you within approximately 3 business days.

If an accident or injury occurs to a customer during this program, the company will not be held responsible (however, if the company is at fault, the company will compensate for direct and normal damages up to the participation fee for this program). - Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
