Purchase Notice

There is no age limit for helicopter tours, and passengers aged 2 years and over must be seated in their own seat. Children under 2 years old travel free of charge, but must sit on their parents' lap. Please let us know when booking if you will be traveling with a child under 2 years old, and the child's age will be required when placing an order.

Reminders

  • If the trip cannot be made due to weather, political reasons, etc., we can help guests reschedule the travel date or cancel the order and refund the full amount.

  • Passengers must arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time. Purses, bags, hats and scarves are not allowed on board the helicopter and must be stored in the lockers provided free of charge.

  • Weight (maximum weight per passenger = 275 lbs (125 kg).

  • Every hour is an optional time period. Please indicate when placing an order, such as: 9:00AM, 10:00AM, 11:30AM, 12:30PM)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
