- Target audience and number of participants: Children aged 6-11 are welcome to participate. Each group can have a maximum of 16 participants and a minimum of 4 participants to start.
- While my child is at camp, may I check on their progress in real time?
After finishing their late-night snack each day, children are required to call home to let their parents know they are safe before bedtime. Parents should avoid calling their children during these times unless absolutely necessary. - The camp is in progress, may I go and see the children?
You are welcome to attend, provided it does not disrupt the children's group activities. Parents, please remember to inform the Lofi Kido customer service in advance if you are planning to attend. - What clothes should I wear?
We recommend bringing long pants, long-sleeved shirts, and a jacket. Remember to wear cloth shoes and have slippers handy (to wear after showering or in the rain). - Will it be too cold to sleep in a tent in winter? Are sleeping mats or sleeping bags provided inside the tent? How many people will sleep together?
Nature Circle is located on the mountainside at an altitude of 500 meters. The temperature difference between night and day is up to 10 degrees Celsius. The tents are equipped with hotel-grade bedding, including a standard double latex tent, a latex pillow, and a fiber quilt. They are warm and comfortable to sleep in, and sleeping bags are also provided. - What should you do if a child is injured or sick?
If anyone is injured or feels unwell during the event, a special vehicle will take them to the nearby Dongshi Farmers' Hospital. The staff will inform their parents of the situation. There are also medical emergency personnel in the park who can provide basic first aid and bandaging on-site while waiting for further transport. - What if there's a natural disaster like a typhoon? How do we hold classes on rainy days?
In case of natural disasters, postponement or refunds will be made according to the information released by the Central Weather Bureau. In case of unstable rain or afternoon thunderstorms, the course will be slightly adjusted according to the venue space. Other activities and schedules will not be affected as the accommodation and outdoor classrooms are semi-open-air spaces. (Experiencing the smell of the earth after the rain is also part of nature!) - What happens if there aren't enough participants in a given session?
We will first ask parents who have already registered if they would like to be grouped into other sessions! If the final number of participants is insufficient, we will issue a refund separately. - How can I get a refund if my child is suddenly unable to participate?
Cancellations made within 30 days (inclusive) will receive a full refund. However, since the materials are prepared a month in advance, a 50% fee will be charged for cancellations made after 30 days. - I have a question: who should I contact?

A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 12 day(s) before the departure date
Standards for changing the tier: Change the tier 30 days in advance, and the tier can be changed within 1 month; if the tier is full, rescheduling will not be accepted.
Refunds can be processed unless the following force majeure factors occur: Miaoli County announces suspension of classes, road conditions (road closures), special heavy rain warning, etc.
Quiet time is after 23:00 in the evening. Please turn off the speakers, prohibit noisy play, and pay attention to your own volume. If you refuse to listen to repeated advice, the power will be cut off and you will be asked to leave.
Smoking, spitting betel nut, latte art, fireworks, grass fires, etc. that will cause pollution to the park are completely prohibited in the park (there are also smoking areas). If there is any damage or dirt, you will be compensated according to the situation.
