— Admission Notice —

• Arrive at the event venue on the 7th floor 5 minutes before your designated entry time. Depending on the crowd, you may need to wait. Refrain from arriving earlier than 5 minutes to avoid inconveniencing neighboring stores
• If late for the stated entrance time, you will be guided in after those with the designated time have entered. Follow staff instructions
• If the venue becomes crowded, admission may be restricted to ensure safety, even with a time-specified ticket. Entry may also take longer
• Expect changes in the queuing method depending on the congestion on the day
• The venue, including the merchandise corner, will close at 7pm. Note that merchandise purchases may not be possible if you arrive after that time
• Access to only the merchandise area is not permitted
• Re-entry is not allowed

— Venue Notes —

• In the event of congestion, the event time may change without notice
• Event dates, times, and content may be changed, postponed, or canceled without notice due to various circumstances
• If the venue becomes crowded, admission may be restricted to ensure the safety of all guests
• Note that organizers may take photos and videos within the exhibition venue for media coverage (TV, newspapers, magazines, the Internet, etc.). These may be used for advertisements and publications, and visitors may be captured on video and other media
• Admission tickets are non-refundable for any reason
• Coming to the venue dressed in clothing deemed as cosplay by an adult customer is prohibited
• Notify a member of staff as soon as possible in the following cases
  - If you feel unwell or are injured
  - If you find or lose something
  - If you get lost or find a lost child (please note that we cannot call for help within the venue)

If you see a suspicious object or person:

• Do not run inside or outside the venue as it is dangerous
• Refrain from behaviors that may inconvenience other customers, such as sitting in shared spaces like aisles
• Smoking is prohibited inside the venue
• Restrooms are not available within the venue
• Prepare rain gear in advance as you may be asked to line up outside in case of rain
• Pets are not permitted except for guide dogs and assistance dogs
• Avoid bringing items that may disturb other visitors, such as replica swords
• The organizers are not responsible for any issues with items brought, such as ready-made goods or special costumes
• No changing rooms or cloakrooms are available at the venue
• Follow staff instructions to ensure safety and smooth event operations
• Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee availability of all merchandise

— About the Shoot —

• Refrain from taking photographs, videos, or audio recordings inside the venue. In some areas, photography is allowed only with mobile phones, smartphones, and tablets
• Long or large items, such as single-lens reflex cameras, are not permitted
• Avoid using flash photography, selfie sticks, tripods, etc.
• Be considerate while taking photographs to avoid disturbing other customers
• Photography may be restricted or prohibited in certain areas, even where it is otherwise allowed
• Commercial use of any photographs taken is strictly prohibited
