●The bus will depart on time from the meeting point and each stop. Please arrive at the bus on time so as not to be late. Buses will strive to run on time, but depending on road and weather conditions, there may be delays in service, or shortening or skipping the time spent at sightseeing spots. Additionally, we cannot guarantee connections with other means of transportation.

Reminders
●Please wear your seat belt while the bus is in motion. Seats are free seats. After the tour departs, please refrain from moving from your seat to a seat occupied by another customer.
●You may be asked to share your seat.
●If the customer cancels, regardless of the reason, such as delays or suspension of other transportation services, the specified cancellation fee will be charged. There are no refunds for unused services. Please arrive at the meeting place with plenty of time to spare.
●Never enter private land (farmlands, forests, residences).
●Pick-up and drop-off locations for each course will be designated in advance. Please note that we will not stop at pick-up or drop-off locations without reservations.
●Bus company used: Furano Bus or Asahikawa Electric Tramway (joint operation)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
