- For airport pickups or drop-offs at Chiang Mai International Airport, a surcharge of THB100 per vehicle applies, payable directly to the driver
- Any extra stops or sudden changes on the drop off location without prior agreement with the operator will incur an additional to be paid in cash

- The meeting point for hotel pickup is in the hotel lobby. The maximum waiting time is 30 minutes, after which a no-show will be considered and fully charged
- The meeting point for the night safari is at the ticket counter. Please note that the maximum waiting time is 30 minutes. If you exceed this time, you will be considered a no-show and charged in full
- For Private Transfer Round Trip, the driver will standby for 4 hours.
- Additional waiting time will incur a charge of THB 500 per hour.

Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
