Please go to the service desk 30 minutes in advance to check in and fill in your insurance information, name, ID number and date of birth (it is recommended to fill it in in advance and hand it over to the counter on the same day to save valuable time).
The beautiful scenery of underwater coral reefs, sea fishing experience, and the creatures in the parent-child ecological touch pool will all be affected by natural factors such as tides, weather, and walruses. Therefore, the company will judge the weather and walruses and stop related water activities in a timely manner. Please kindly ask at that time Your understanding and cooperation. (You can see the bottom of the sea for about 10 to 15 minutes on a semi-submarine.")
If weather conditions affect the flight, the company will notify you in advance to cancel or adjust the flight time.
Reminders
Please note that the minimum number of participants must be confirmed 7 days prior to departure for the activity to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, the activity will be cancelled, and we will notify you in advance and arrange a full refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If you need to cancel your trip due to bad weather, we will contact you by email, text message or phone the day before the experience day.
All beverages, seafood prepared in three ways, and other dishes on the platform are at your own expense.
Please prepare for sun protection in advance and have the necessary sun protection measures ready. Please also bring your own rain gear.
We recommend wearing non-slip flip-flops. Children are advised to bring an extra set of clothes in case they get wet. Please pull your hat down or remove it during the flight to prevent it from flying away. In windy conditions, a jacket with a hood is recommended.
When grilling oysters, be careful not to point the opening towards people to avoid getting burned when they suddenly "burst out" of juice.
Please keep your personal belongings such as mobile phones and cameras safe to prevent them from falling into the sea!
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
