✅If you are 20 minutes late for your reservation, your reservation will be canceled for any reason. (※If you have transportation issues that we know about in advance, you can reschedule.)
✅We provide simple innerwear, but if you have any essential items, please bring them with you.
✅ Accompanying guests other than those with disabilities will be required to pay the admission fee of 1,000 yen in cash on site. (Please note that our restaurant has steep stairs, so the companion fee will be waived only for those who need assistance going up and down the stairs.)

・Please arrive exactly at your reservation time. If you arrive early, we may not be able to accommodate you right away.
・On-site payment is only accepted in cash.
・If something happens, we will check the surveillance cameras on-site.
・Please wear colored contact lenses beforehand. Also, they are not available for sale in stores.
・Eating and drinking is permitted in the studio, however if any stains caused by eating or drinking are discovered, a cleaning fee will be charged.
・When you contact us by phone, a male staff member may respond.
・When you arrive at the store, please ring the intercom and wait.
Underwear is not available for rental.
-If you would like to have makeup done, please note that it will take approximately 60 minutes per person.
- If you cancel or change on the day of your reservation, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
・You may bring and wear clothing when you come to the store, but excessive exposure is not permitted.

- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply

- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
