A minimum of 17 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
There may be a 10-15 minute difference in the pick-up time if the group members are late or traffic conditions occur
Itinerary might be change without prior notice due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances
If the weather is bad after departure on the day, or other irresistible factors cause the attraction to be closed, an alternative attraction will be arranged according to the situation and no refund will be given
Tour may operate in English if the tour participants are from different nationalities
Children under 36 months can join for free but won't have a separate seat. Children aged 3 and above will be charged. If the child's age is not provided or is incorrect, an additional fee may apply onsite

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
