- It is safe even for beginners because you are with a guide! We will teach beginners carefully. The activity will be conducted according to the physical fitness of the participants. If you do not usually exercise, let us take it slow and easy. If you are physically fit, let us enjoy it actively.
- Life jackets and helmets are worn for safety.
- In areas with gentle currents, you can float, swim, jump in, or dive.
- Lunch is a bento made with local rice and mountain vegetables. We will enjoy it by the side of the clear stream.
- It is a day where you can feel the untouched nature with your whole body. Since this area is not yet known to many people, you will likely not encounter other tourists. You can enjoy a private-like experience.
- If you are lucky, you might encounter birds and fish.
- If it is hot, you can swim or jump in.
- On rainy days, it is possible to change to trekking in the Shirakami forest.
- We start from July 1st, but we recommend visiting from mid-August onwards when the weather is more stable.

・This is an activity where you will get your whole body wet.
-About clothing and belongings
Please wear sneakers or sports sandals.
Please avoid wearing marine shoes or other thin-soled shoes as you will be walking on large stones and your feet may hurt. Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet.
*Long-sleeved tops and full-length trekking pants. To reduce horse fly attacks, we recommend wearing clothes that are not close to the skin and do not expose any skin.
We recommend that you put your belongings, drinks, snacks, and change of clothes in a plastic bag or ziplock bag in your backpack and put anything you don't want to get wet in there.
・Diving goggles and snorkel (if you have them)
・Insect repellent spray ・Picnic sheet (to prevent your car seats from getting wet after the experience)
Useful things to have: Rainwear (top and bottom) (If the water temperature is low, this will provide some insulation. If there are a lot of horseflies, this will help prevent you from being bitten.)

Reminders
In case of cancellation due to weather, we will contact you by the day before. The tour will be canceled if danger is expected, such as rising water, rain, or a large number of horseflies. In that case, there will be no cancellation fee. *It may be possible to transfer to Shirakami no Mori Trekking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
