Nerikiri is a type of high-quality fresh confection (jo-namagashi). Using colorful bean paste, you will shape them into seasonal flowers or fruits!
 
The color scheme and balance are where you can show off your sense of style.
We use bean paste from a long-established shop in Kyoto to ensure an authentic result.
Afterward, you will whisk your own matcha, and the elegant sweetness of the bean paste is the perfect match for the matcha.
