The fee is based on two adults per room and is calculated in Hong Kong dollars. For single room, three/four people sharing a room or children's fees, please contact the company.
The price is based on the price on January 24, 2024 as a reference guide. The price is subject to availability and is subject to payment of the deposit.
If an airline or cruise company adds fuel surcharges or other payable taxes, passengers must pay the difference. The actual amount is subject to the date of announcement by the shipping company. The amount will be determined upon confirmation and added to the final fare.
A non-refundable deposit is required when making a reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 3 working days after booking confirmation. No changes are allowed after the fee is paid. Any changes to your name or departure date will be treated as a cancellation of the trip. Packages must be booked at least 5 working days before departure.
The full name of the passenger when making the reservation must be the same as the full name on the travel document. Any modification will result in the loss of the original reservation, the loss of the original preferential price and the modification fee.
Packages cannot be changed, transferred or refunded under any circumstances.
Air tickets and ferry tickets can be collected within 3 days before departure.
After departure due to unavoidable reasons (such as war, political unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, severe weather, technical problems in transportation, temporary changes in shifts or timetables by transport agencies, strikes and industrial actions, etc.) and the operating costs increase, the operating costs will be increased. The Company may impose additional fees on customers.
If due to bad weather, sea conditions or various unpredictable or unavoidable circumstances (such as war, political turmoil, natural disasters, epidemics, bad weather, technical problems in transportation, temporary changes in flights or timetables by shipping agencies, strikes and Industrial action, etc.) and cannot dock or change the itinerary, the customer agrees and accepts that the shipping company or "the Company" does not need to make any compensation.
The departure/arrival/stop time at the port during the voyage will be adjusted/changed/cancelled according to the sailing situation. The final arrangement of the cruise company shall prevail. The customer agrees and accepts that the cruise company has the final decision and will not be deemed to violate the Product Description Regulations. In this regard, any recovery or claim from the cruise company or "the Company" is waived.
Passengers must hold a valid passport and entry visa for no less than 6 months from the date of return to Hong Kong. The company is not responsible for any problems caused by passengers' personal documents.
The Travel Industry Authority (TIA) recommends that passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
