- Explanation from staff and selection of tableware
- Please refer to the instructions and instruction video to begin the experience.
- The experience is over. You can put it in a bag and take it home.
- You can experience it on the open covered terrace or inside the restaurant. It is also available on rainy days.
- This is an experience program that even small children can enjoy. Optional items such as stickers, mini signs, and dinosaur figures can be added.
- Everything you need is included in the price, and you can take home your cactus/succulent arrangement on the day you make it.

On the day of your appointment, please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time.
Please note that if you arrive late during busy times, you may not be able to participate in the experience. Please be punctual.
Since we are working with sand and soil, there will be some dust. Please come in clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
On the day, you can choose optional figures etc. (*Additional cost starts from 100 yen)
Experience time may vary depending on the size of the container. The actual experience time is approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.
You can bring people who are not participating in the experience, but please note that at least half of the number of people attending must pay the experience fee. (If you are visiting with 10 people: 5 or more people will need to pay the trial fee.)

- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
