<About rental products>
①Contents of rental equipment
Yukata, underwear, obi, geta, drawstring bag, 2 waist straps, 1 date tightening, obi plate, 4-ply elastic cord
②About cancellation after advance reservation
3 days before the scheduled date of use...50%

③About delinquency
Basically, the rental period at our store is on the day of rental or the next day (1 night and 2 days).
If the return of the product is delayed due to customer circumstances, a late fee will be charged.
With advance notice…Half price of rental fee per day
No advance notice…Full rental fee per day
④Regarding returns and product stains, damage, and loss
There will be an additional charge for stains on the collar, natural stains on the hem, sleeves, etc., or small flying stains.
There has been no occurrence.
When returning rental items, please do not wash or repair the item in any way.
If there is a large stain or tear, please be sure to report it when returning the item.
Upon return, we will check the rental item and if there are any stains or damage, you will be required to pay an additional fee.
For stains or damage that require repair or processing, a repair fee of ¥5,000 will be charged separately.

Cases where repair costs are required (example)
Large stains, stains that require special cleaning, such as coffee, wine, or oil stains
If the rental item cannot be repaired, lost, or cannot be returned, we will charge you the cost of the item. (Kimono accessories such as waist straps will be charged at our store sales price.)
⑤ Regarding presentation of identification card at the time of application
When applying for rental, please present an ID to confirm your identity.
Identification card…passport, driver’s license, my number card, student ID card, etc.
⑥About payment
Full rental payment is required at the time of reservation.
*If you pay by credit card, there will be no refunds even if you cancel at a later date.

- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
