- Chartered car overtime fees:
- 0-30 minutes: five-seater car: NT$ 300; nine-seater car NT$ 350
- 31–60 minutes: five-seater car NT$ 600; nine-seater car NT$ 700 - Taiwan laws and regulations: Children below 4 years old are required to use baby cots or safety seats. It is recommended that children above 4 years old and under 120 cm in height use a car booster. Please note the child's date of birth, height, and weight in the Notes section when booking, and pay NT$ 300 on-site
- Departures before 8:00 am or travels beyond 10:00 pm will incur an additional night fee of NT$ 500
- The following departure or return destinations are not in Taipei City: Tamsui, Beitou, and Yangmingshan. They will incur a fee of NT$ 300–NT$ 1000, depending on the route. The actual cost will be calculated according to the route requested by the passenger, and the amount will be attached to the voucher. Please pay the driver on-site. For the following destinations, a fee of NT$ 300–NT$ 500 will be incurred: Tamsui, Beitou, Xindian, Banqiao, Sanchong, Luzhou, Zhonghe, Yonghe, Xinzhuang, Shulin. For the following destinations, a fee of NT$ 501–NT$ 1000 will be incurred: Yangmingshan, Wulai, Jinshan, Taishan, Three Gorges, Yingge
- If the tour departs or ends at Taoyuan Airport, an additional fee of NT$ 1,000 will be incurred. Please provide flight information in the Notes section when booking
- Please note that if you will incur overtime due to traffic control or natural factors causing traffic jams at various scenic spots, overtime fees will be charged
- Since the child seat will occupy one seat, if you want to use more than 2 seats, please order a nine-seater car
- Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited in the car: eating, drinking, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the back of the driver's seat, spitting out of the window, and littering
- If you feel unwell, please inform the driver
- If you cause damage to the items in the car or make it dirty, you must compensate the damages according to the price, and pay cash on the spot
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
