1. All raw photos will be lightly retouched (50 photos) + 5 heavily retouched photos. All photos have been processed to ensure quality. After the photoshoot, the photos will be uploaded in approximately 10 business days. The studio will only retain the finished photos for 7 days, so please download them as soon as possible. If you wish to select your own heavily retouched photos, please indicate this in advance; otherwise, it will be considered that you have accepted the studio's selection.
2. Please confirm the shooting time, location, and number of people with customer service.
3. After purchasing the product, please leave your detailed contact information so that the photography assistant can contact you promptly.
4. This package includes the option to choose one of the following locations: Anrangami Beach Park, Senaga Island, Minatogawa, Urata Grand Park, Okuyama Park, or Chinen Cape Park (additional transportation fees may apply for some locations). Please confirm with customer service whether other locations are feasible.
Please be punctual on the day of the shoot. Timing will begin if you are 10 minutes late. Guests will be responsible for their own clothing and makeup; we will provide suggestions on outfits.
5. This product is for family photography (maximum 4 people). An additional 3000 yen will be charged for each additional person.
6. If the child or parent has personal reasons, including but not limited to: the child not cooperating, the child falling asleep, etc., the photographer can only take pictures according to the situation. The customer shall bear the responsibility for any resulting reduction in the amount of pictures taken.
7. If filming cannot proceed due to objective reasons such as weather or flight schedules, the two parties shall resolve the matter through negotiation.
8. If the number of people in the photoshoot does not match the number specified in the pre-booked package on the day of the shoot, the photographer has the right to refuse to take the photoshoot and will not be able to refund the fee.
9. Once a product is purchased, it signifies acceptance of all product descriptions from the above-mentioned store.
