Reminders
Before enabling the Data Roaming function, please make sure that the SIM card used in other regions has been removed. For dual-card mobile phones, please ensure that the roaming setting of the other SIM card is turned off or the card slot function is directly turned off to avoid unnecessary roaming charges
Generally, you can use the card immediately. If you can’t use it, please check the access (APN) of your mobile phone and whether you have enabled data roaming
There are many reasons why the SIM card cannot be used, not necessarily the problem of the SIM card itself, so please contact us for support first
If you do not contact us and have any complaints after returning to Hong Kong, we will not process and refund
The pictures are for reference only, product packaging may be changed due to different batches
Internet speed may vary due to location, surrounding environment, time of use, and device impact

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
