-Cancellation fees and Reservation changes-

• If you want to change your reservation, please cancel the reservation and make a new one during the free cancellation period.
  
  Cancellation fee on the day of use, the day before: 100%
  Cancellation fee up to 2 days before the date of use: 0%

-About clothes-

• Clothes that can get dirty (no skirts), athletic shoes (no sandals or crocs)
• Please tie up long hair.

*Please prepare separate rainwear in case of rain.

-About weight-

• The zipline moves with your own body weight. Children who are too light may not reach the finish line and may hang in the air. Weight is basically self-reported, but depending on the situation, we may weigh it on the day. In that case, if it is less than 20 kg, we will refuse your participation and a cancellation fee will be charged.

-About retirement-

• A wire rope is extended from a high place, and you will wear a harness (safety belt) and experience it. Please note that there will be no refunds even if you decline the use due to fear or anxiety, or if you retire midway due to your convenience.
• Slide Rescue
  When using, depending on the weather, wind, temperature, and other weather conditions, as well as your weight, you may not reach the finish line and may stop mid-air. Please be assured that the staff will rescue you in that case. In addition, there is no additional cost for rescue. Please note that we will not refund the usage fee.

In addition, we can not compensate for transportation expenses to the site and gondola round trip fees at the time of cancellation.

-About temporary closure-

Due to disasters, stormy weather, power outages, power restrictions, mechanical troubles of lifts and gondolas, the facility may be temporarily closed. Information will be posted on the website as soon as it is decided to cancel. In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged. In addition, we can not compensate for transportation expenses to the site and gondola round trip fees at the time of cancellation.

If it is judged to be canceled due to weather or temporary closure, we will contact the customer.

-Health and physical condition-

For the safety of all participants, those who fall under any of the following are not allowed to participate.

• Those who have a chronic disease
  (Those with high blood pressure, heart disease, cervical spine/neck disease, epilepsy, hyperventilation, and other chronic diseases)
• Those who drink alcohol before participating
• Those who are pregnant or may become pregnant
• Those who have been judged to be unsafe

-Traffic conditions-

Traffic jams and waiting times for the Hakodateyama gondola may occur on weekends or when events are held. Please check the traffic information and come to the store with time to spare. You can also come by public transportation such as trains and buses.
