Vehicle type: Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of participants. For smaller groups, a driver will also serve as the accompanying person throughout the tour; no additional tour leader will be provided. Please be aware of this.

This tour will be accompanied by a foreign language tour leader or translator who will inform you of important matters such as meeting time and place in the language you choose. However, language services for introducing attractions will not be provided. Please be aware of this.

The meeting and dismissal points may change; please confirm with the team leader on the day of the event.

Due to road conditions, the itinerary order may be changed. The booked tour route may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions and weather on the day of the tour; the time spent at attractions may be adjusted, or some attractions may be cancelled. Return arrival time may also be significantly delayed. Please be aware of this.

Due to limited space in the luggage compartments, please inform us in the remarks column if you wish to bring a large suitcase on board. Thank you for your cooperation.

The best time to view flowers or fall foliage may be earlier or later depending on the weather. Once the group decides to depart, the departure will proceed as scheduled even if it is not the best time. Please be aware that reservations cannot be cancelled for free on this basis.

If the Hitachi Seaside Park is temporarily closed, the admission fee will be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The above itinerary is based on estimated arrival times. Traffic conditions are beyond our control, so please avoid scheduling any activities that evening. We apologize for any delays or other issues that may occur.

If the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters after departure, the unfulfilled part of the trip will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the traveler.

Passengers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18 or older.

The bus seats used during the experience tour may be shared with other members of the tour group, depending on the tour leader and facility arrangements on the day. Seat assignments are subject to on-site availability and cannot be specified; your understanding is appreciated.
