- The vehicle type will be determined 2 days before departure, based on the number of travelers, which may include but is not limited to 7/14/55 - 61-seater vehicles, adjusted according to on-site availability, potentially offering other vehicle types
- Infants under 2 will be charged based on the vehicle type used on the day and whether they occupy a seat. If you are traveling with infant under 2, please contact KKday in advance for confirming the available packages
- As per local regulations, children age under 8, or under 145 cm in height are required to use a child seat while traveling in a vehicle. Guests are responsible for any violations and associated fines. Please specify the number of child seats needed during reservation and contact KKday in advance for confirmation
- Bilingual tour guide in both Chinese and English are available for this tour; please aware that for some experiences or attractions, bilingual guides may not be available. Local official attractions or tour operators may arrange for English-speaking guides or no guided services. Please be aware of this before making a reservation
- Considering the extended periods of travel by vehicle, please do access your physical conditions before making a reservation
- Luggage is subject to inspection when crossing international borders. You will be asked to declare any items subject to duty upon crossing the border. We are not responsible for any luggage crossing international borders. Passengers must claim all luggage at the border crossing point before proceeding. No luggage is allowed across the border unless claimed by a passenger
- Guests are required to bring their own relevant documents and materials required for entry or cross-border travel. Whether they can enter or leave the country is subject to the decision of the customs officer of each country. The inability to enter the country is a force majeure event, and the paid tour fee will not be refunded

Travelers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification on the day of the tour. Please carry your documents at all times in case of such an event
Each traveller is allowed to carry one piece of large luggage (maximum of 28" and 20 kg) and one carry-on luggage. Please secure your luggages as you are responsible for any loss or damage; partial refunds are provided for losses or damages due to vehicle breakdowns
In cases of emergencies, adverse weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances leading to tour delays or changes that result in inconvenience or additional expenses not covered by this tour, refunds or compensation will not be provided
In the event of adverse traffic and weather and force majeure resulting in attraction cancellation, the tour guide will arrange substitute attractions without prior notice
Refunds, or compensation will not be granted to travellers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
The tour guide arranges all optional experiences and tickets; travellers cannot use tickets they obtain independently (e.g. City Pass). Please check the official website or on-site announcements for exact ticket rates

In order to cross the Mexican border, travelers must prepare all required documents including passports and visas. Please make sure your documents are valid before purchasing this package
Refunds or compensation will not be offered in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, traffic jams, equipment failure, strikes) that results in tour delays that cause travelers inconveniences or lead to travelers paying extra fees for transportation not included in this tour

Please keep your baggage safe and secure at all times. Travelers will be held liable for their lost or damaged luggage. If a traveler loses or damages their luggage due to mechanical failures of a vehicle, only partial refunds will be offered
If a bus is late, travelers will be compensated, and the amount depends on the delay time. Be mindful that zero portion of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will explain the compensation details to you on-site. Please comply with the tour guide's compensation arrangements accordingly
Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms, indoor facilities, and vehicles during the tour
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 16 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
