  • To promote environmental protection, please bring your own kettle/bottle, hand towels and heat-resistant take-out boxes to hold the finished products (at least 15 x 10 x 10 cm high); if you need to purchase take-out paper boxes, please ask the counter staff on site

  • The staple food cooked by the children in the morning is Chinese food. If there is something on the menu that they do not want to eat that day, please prepare a lunch for the children by yourself. We can help heat it on site.

  • It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes early to complete the check-in procedures. The earliest arrival time for the morning stairs is 09:30. Before 10:00 and after 16:00, the teacher will not be responsible for care and management responsibilities because the teacher is not present, but students will be allowed to stay.   • If the course content or time needs to be changed due to special circumstances of the teacher, consumers will be notified in advance

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
