What You Can Expect

- 09:40Arrive at Sapporo Teine Ski Resort (may be subject to change due to traffic conditions on the day)
- 10:30Start a ski experience course

Purchase Notice
- The total duration of the program is 8 hours, with about 6 hours of experience time and 1.5 hours of round trip travel time
- Group size: at least 2 people to a maximum of 8 people
- You can choose to experience snowboarding or skiing, but the whole group must choose the same as teaching on snowboarding and skiing at the same time is not possible
- Please inform us of your hotel information (name, address, etc.) and contact information on the day in the remarks column when making a reservation
- The end time of the event may be adjusted according to the situation of the day. If other activities are arranged at the end of the event, the loss caused by the delay and the inability to take place shall be borne by yourself

Please wear clothing that is warm and easy to move around. In addition, please leave your valuables at the hotel where you are staying.

- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
