Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of each cruise.
The journey takes approximately 45 minutes.
When checking in, please show a screen showing the name of the person making the reservation (full name).
There is a pole along the waterfront at the entrance to the pier, and we will guide you onto the boat in the order in which you line up there.
The ship departs on schedule, so we cannot wait for you if it is delayed.
When an event is held at the Red Brick Warehouse, it may be difficult to find the pier.
If you are unable to make it in time due to transportation restrictions or other factors, we will not be able to deliver the item to you. In that case, we will not be able to refund the fee.
We do not provide information on events, traffic regulations, etc., so please gather this information yourself.
If the cruise is canceled due to bad weather or other reasons, we will post a notice to that effect on our website by around 6:00 p.m. the day before, so please check it.
If there are any sudden changes in the weather after that, we will post any changes to the operating status on our website. However, please note that we cannot reimburse any transportation costs, etc., even if you have already arrived at the pier.
If we cancel the cruise due to weather conditions or other reasons, we will provide a full refund.

- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
