1. "Sunset and Sunset Tour" may not be able to see the sunrise and sunset. It depends on the weather conditions on the day. Re-booking is accepted.
2. The launching position is not fixed each time, and the instructor will arrange it according to the sea conditions and waves of the day.
3. Since this trial course is conducted in "open waters", unpredictable conditions may occur (such as poor sea conditions, strong winds and waves, etc.). If such conditions affect personnel safety, the instructor has the right to terminate the course. .
4. Pets can be taken on the canoe and SUP tours at no additional charge, and pet life jackets are not provided.
5. The itinerary is arranged according to the reservation status of the day, and all group activities are mainly included.
6. The combined activities do not need to be completed within one day, but can be completed within four days at most. When making a reservation, please note the items/date/time period you want to experience.
7. The price for the trip is as adults for those aged 7 and above. Children under 12 years old need to ride on the same SUP board as an adult due to safety and physical considerations.
8. [SUP, Snorkeling, Canoeing] Three years old and above can participate. However, since each child's condition is different, they can participate after parent evaluation. However, the fee cannot be refunded due to the child's temporary crying. Experience diving tour [under 10 years old] cannot participate.
9.SUP weight limit:
It is recommended that the weight of a single player be within 110 kilograms. If the weight exceeds, you can inform us in advance and ask for discussion.
The total weight of the double board is recommended to be within 160 kg. If the weight is 160~180 kg, you can ask and discuss first.
10. This event is covered by public accident liability insurance. Itinerary content The store reserves the right to modify the activity content.
11. The photos taken during this event will be authorized to the store for commercial promotion purposes. If there are any difficulties, please inform us in advance.
12. People with heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma and other diseases, pregnant women and those who are unwell are not suitable to participate in this activity. Please be sure to evaluate whether your physical, physiological and physical fitness are suitable for this activity. If so, Any concealment is your own responsibility.
13. Women who want to participate in the itinerary must calculate their menstrual periods and evaluate the risks by themselves. No refunds will be given due to personal factors.
14. It is not suitable to engage in this activity after drinking alcoholic beverages.
15. During the itinerary activities, you must abide by the instructions of the coach, and you are not allowed to leave the team or take off the life jacket on your own. We are not responsible for accidents caused by leaving the group at will or not listening to advice.
16. The itinerary is group in and group out. Once the coach and group members have left the shore, latecomers will not be allowed to enter the water separately, and no refunds will be given. Please be especially careful not to be late to avoid affecting your own rights.
17. If the tour is canceled after the coach’s judgment due to sea conditions, weather and other factors, a full refund will be issued for the passengers.
18. Please do not touch marine life, such as green sea turtles, corals, etc., to protect the environment and ecology.
19. Please use event equipment in accordance with normal operating procedures. You will be responsible for compensation if it is damaged or lost without reason.
Reminders
To maintain quality, please be sure to gather 10 minutes before the start of the session. The meeting point will be notified to you.
Recommended clothing: slippers, swimming trunks, bikinis, surfing trunks, sun protection clothing, sports clothing, yoga clothing, quick-drying materials, etc.
Items you can bring: masks, snorkels, rubber shoes, river-tracing shoes, hats, sunglasses, environmentally friendly sunscreen products, water, and personal medicines. If you are prone to seasickness, it is recommended to take seasickness medicine 30 minutes before the activity.
There are lockers available in the store. Please do not take your valuables such as mobile phones and wallets into the water. You are responsible for any damage or loss at your own risk.
The store provides shower rooms, shower gel, shampoo, and hair dryers. You need to bring your own towels, change of clothes and other personal items.
If you have myopia, it is recommended to wear contact lenses. Sunglasses and hats are items that are easy to fall off, so be sure to keep them properly. If they are lost or damaged by falling into the water, we will not be responsible for compensation. . If you need to carry photography equipment, please prepare a buoyancy device to avoid falling into the sea.
If you feel any discomfort during the experience, please inform the instructor as soon as possible.
Confirm whether the group is organized 5 days before the event. If the number of people in the group is not reached, the trip will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
