The dining time is two hours. If the meal time is shortened due to the late arrival of diners, the meal time cannot be extended, and no partial fees will be refunded.
Japanese restaurants strictly abide by the time-point reservation system. Those who are late for more than 15 minutes will be regarded as voluntarily forfeiting their reservation. Latecomers cannot use this as an excuse to request changes, cancellations or refunds.
