If there are force majeure factors such as typhoons or earthquakes before the departure date, and are announced by the meteorological unit, the departure will be postponed. Our customer service staff will proactively contact you and set another departure date. If the reservation cannot be rescheduled and a refund is requested, a handling fee of RMB 300 per person will be deducted.

If there are special force majeure factors such as typhoons during the itinerary that make it impossible to complete the itinerary, the company has the right to change the itinerary, tour items or food and accommodation; any savings after the change will be refunded to the passenger after returning to the group.

Agree to mountain climbing and outdoor hiking activities. "Safety" is the highest consideration. All itineraries are only reservations and may be affected by weather, natural and other force majeure disasters (wind, ice and snow, heavy rain, landslides, team members' physical conditions, etc.) If there are any changes, you may not be able to climb to the summit or need to change your scheduled itinerary. You agree to abide by the guide's decisions under various circumstances, and participating passengers are not allowed to object.

During the activity, if there are force majeure disasters (wind, ice, snow, heavy rain, landslides, etc.) that make it impossible to complete the itinerary, the guide may change the itinerary or accommodation. If there is savings in expenses, the tour guide will change the itinerary after the return trip. Passengers will be reimbursed on an average basis. If the event date is extended, food and accommodation are added, or other means of transportation are used, the excess expenses will be paid equally by the participants.

If you are unable to continue the trip due to personal reasons (including physical condition, etc.) and have to withdraw, you will be responsible for any resulting expenses. The cost of not completing the activity will be considered as a waiver and will not be refunded.

Anyone who is late, absent, or leaves the group during the activity will be considered to have forfeited their participation and will not be entitled to a refund.
