If you have children (under 4 years old) travelling with you and need to use a child seat, please remember to purchase the child seat option.
Since the dedicated driver needs to pick up the child seat from the Taipei head office and install it, it cannot be arranged for you on the day.
If you are stopped by the traffic police, you will be charged a penalty fee, so please be aware.
If your attraction is close to Pingtung or a suburban attraction, please confirm the round-trip time with customer service in advance to avoid a long drive and insufficient stay time.

Dear guests, everyone has a different definition of remote areas.
The company will ask you to pay the driver the remote area fee based on the pick-up location you provided.
If you are not sure whether the pick-up location is in a remote area, please chat in the mall first and then make a reservation.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
