According to the International Fair Use Policy, no refund will be available when your device is throttled or rendered unserviceable in the following cases: Streaming TV/video online for a prolonged period, downloading large files, playing online games, etc.
Please abide by local laws when using this product. If any legal problems arise, the renter will be held responsible
Do not place the device under high temperatures or in an environment with poor ventilation to avoid poor internet access
It is recommended to turn off and charge the device at night to maintain a good performance the next day. A full battery should last about 6 hours when connected to 1 device
Do not disassemble the machine. No refunds will be given if the device fails to function properly due to disassembly
For late returns due to a delayed flight, a flight delay certificate is required to avoid being fined, and the product should be returned as soon as possible
The connection quality may be affected by conditions such as surrounding landforms (e.g. mountains), weather, obstruction by buildings, the number of users, or locations
Please note that the pick-up and return counters at Taoyuan Airport are different: pick up at 3F Departure Hall, return at 1F Arrival Hall

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
