Cancellation Policy
If there are delays due to traffic conditions, weather, or other factors beyond our control, we may have to cancel your visit to some of the attractions. In this case, please contact our customer service department. We will provide a partial refund in accordance with our policy.
In the event of bad weather such as a typhoon or snowstorm, you will be notified by email one day before departure (20:30 local time) whether the trip will be cancelled or not.
To avoid delays, please arrive at the designated location 5 minutes early. We cannot wait for latecomers.
If your flight is cancelled due to a typhoon, you will not be charged a cancellation fee if you submit a typhoon cancellation certificate to us in advance.
