— What You Can Expect —
Enjoy a truly unique Californian experience as you hop into a vintage VW campervan and head up north towards Malibu. Ride along one of the most beautiful coastlines in Southern California. Stop at Malibu Pier for a quick tour and at a few other great viewpoints along the way.
It doesn't matter if you've never surfed before or if you are an intermediate or advanced surfer, all of the guides are professional surf instructors and they will be happy to help you both on land and in the water. If you don’t feel like surfing you will still enjoy this experience by exploring the beach with its serene views and various wildlife.
Surf and relax for a couple of hours and then cook lunch at the van to renew your energy. You can also do a quick photoshoot with the van at different locations. As you sip a warm tea, pay attention to the sea lions, dolphins, and a large variety of birds that are spotted in this area.

- You can participate even if you don't plan to surf, you can still enjoy the beach and/or boogie board
- Please note that the following travelers are not suitable for surfing: children under 12 years old, weight less than 40.83kg (90lb), and a height lower than 150cm (59)". If the participants do not meet the requirements, we have the right to refuse your participation in the lesson
- If the surf lesson joiner is booked for a younger or smaller participant we will not be able to allow them to participate and no refund will be issued
- You need to have basic swimming knowledge if you plan to participate in the surf lesson
- Please wear comfortable shoes, the tour may include some walking
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time. There are absolutely no refunds or rescheduling available after the tour starts
- The tour is small group, limited to 7 participants
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
Travelers are recommended to use non-chemical sun protection (e.g. sunhat, sun protection clothes) in order to protect the environment
If you need to change your clothes, there is a public restroom that will be available on-site
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
