Please make reservations only for those who are actually going to participate in the experience. Companions can come without participating.
A separate admission fee is required to enter Ryukyu Mura.
A cancellation fee (100% of the experience fee) will be charged if you cancel after 4:00 pm on the day prior to the experience. If you miss the reservation time/meeting time for the experience, it will be treated as a cancellation. No refunds will be given if cancellation happens without notice on the day of the experience. If you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
In case of cancellation due to natural disasters and other unforeseeable events, no cancellation fee will be charged.

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
