- Holders of a regular car driver's license or a driver's license that allows them to drive small special vehicles such as a regular motorcycle license. *International licenses are acceptable. *Please bring your own license on the day.
- Ages: 16 to 70 years old (If only minors are participating, we ask that a parent or guardian fill out a consent form in advance.)
- Weight: 45kg to 118kg (including clothing and luggage)
- You will be able to communicate smoothly with the tour guide in Japanese.
- Cooperate in ensuring safe operation and follow the tour guide's instructions.
- You are not under the influence of alcohol or pregnant. You have no difficulty walking. You have no obstacles that would impede your riding. You are not accompanied by pets or infants. (*Segways are single-seater vehicles.)

If, for any reason, the tour guide determines that safety cannot be ensured, he/she may refuse participation in the tour or cancel/suspend the tour.
For safety reasons, taking photos and videos during the tour is prohibited unless permission is given. Photos will be taken by the guide and shared with you after the tour.
There may be cases where the event cannot be held due to equipment, guides, or other circumstances. (If the event is canceled due to reasons on the management side, there will be no cancellation fee.)
Depending on how the tour progresses, the end time may be extended by up to 30 minutes, so please plan your activities after the tour with plenty of time.
Since the tour will be traveling on public roads, all participants must have a regular car driver's license or a regular motorcycle license. (※Those who do not have a driver's license on the day will not be able to participate in the tour and will be treated as canceled on the day.)
The tour will proceed even in light rain. In the event of rain or bad weather, the local guide will decide whether to proceed or not approximately 2 hours before the tour. In the event of rain or other bad weather that could impede safe driving, the tour may be postponed or canceled at our discretion.
To the extent that we are able to determine that the event is cancelled due to weather conditions or other reasons, we will notify you of the cancellation using the phone number or email address you registered in advance and offer a refund or reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
