- Can I participate if I cannot swim?
Yes, you can still sign up even if you cannot swim. Every participant will be issued a life jacket to wear properly before entering the water. In the event of falling into the water, the buoyancy is sufficient to keep your shoulders and above above the surface. - Are the kayaks for one person or two?
We currently provide double kayaks. The advantage is that two people can take turns paddling and taking photos, which allows for better angles without having to stop completely while moving.
- Will the kayak capsize? Will I get seasick?
We cannot guarantee that the kayak will never capsize, but your safety is ensured as you will be wearing a life jacket. Before entering the water, instructors will demonstrate how to climb back onto the kayak after a capsize. If it does happen, please rest assured that the instructors will actively assist you in getting back on board. For those with a history of motion sickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication (self-provided) half an hour before departure. Get plenty of sleep the night before, and while on the water, keep your eyes focused on high and distant points. Also, remember to keep the kayak in motion, as stopping the boat makes it easiest to feel seasick. - Can pregnant women participate? Can pets join?
Due to the risk of rolling waves when entering or exiting the coast, which could potentially cause a capsize and affect the pregnancy, it is not recommended for pregnant women to participate. If you suspect you may be pregnant, please voluntarily withdraw from the activity to protect yourself and the instructors on site.
A standard double kayak has a weight limit of about 200 kg. Since pets take up weight capacity, please prioritize small dogs, followed by medium-sized dogs; large dogs are not suitable. Please be sure to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog when booking.
Notes for furry friends:
1. Insurance coverage is limited to human participants only.
2. Large dogs are not recommended on board due to weight and space limitations. If you still wish to participate, please send us a private message to discuss.
3. Some breeds are naturally not water-friendly and may not know how to swim; we recommend bringing your own dog life jacket.
4. In the event of an emergency, instructors will prioritize the rescue of human participants; we appreciate your understanding.

- Gather and report at the "East Coast Canoe-Xiaoliuqiu Base" 10 minutes in advance.
- Keep luggage or items that are not suitable for taking to sea, and provide life jackets and drinking water.
- After landing, the base is not far away, where you can wash and rest
- Ride to the sea location.
- Canoe instruction and precautions before heading to the beach.

- Public equipment: Each person is provided with a life jacket, a paddle, a boat position, a waterproof bag for each boat, and a pair of river shoes. Please wear the life jacket at all times and do not take it off at will.
- Personal Equipment: Recommendations are as follows
- Please wear breathable long-sleeved clothes (if you like to tan, of course you can also wear short-sleeved shorts) and try to avoid cotton or jeans that are easily absorbent. You can wear sports sandals or river-tracing shoes on your feet. Do not wear slippers as they may float away in the water.
- Wear sunglasses and a hat on sunny days to avoid sunburn. (If you want to apply sunscreen, please try not to use commercially available chemicals. Applying it on the body may cause harm to the body, and dissolving into water will also affect the marine ecology. It is recommended to use natural products such as coconut oil as skin sunscreen. Or eat tomatoes, etc. Food can also effectively form sun protection in the body).
- Please also bring your own light raincoat or windproof clothing in case the weather changes.
- Boating clothes will get wet to some extent, so please remember to bring a set of clean clothes and change into them when you get ashore. Please also prepare personal meals, fruit snacks, and plenty of drinking water (1~2 liters per person) on board. It is very important to replenish calories and water during sailing! Reminders
The itinerary is based on the principle that groups come in and groups go out. Once the coach and group members have left the shore, latecomers will not be allowed to sail separately (and no refunds will be given). Please be especially careful not to be late to avoid affecting your rights. Professional coaches will accompany the team during the trip. In principle, if the number of people experiencing the experience is less than 10 people, there will be one coach, and if the number of people experiencing the experience is more than 10 people, there will be two coaches. Water sports are easily affected by the weather. During the actual sailing, the team leader may modify the itinerary according to changes in wind direction and hydrological conditions, or even cancel the voyage midway if the sea conditions worsen.
