Those suffering from cardiovascular disease, chronic illness, epilepsy, pregnant women (including those who have missed their period within the past 3 months), those with physical discomfort, or those who have undergone major surgery within the past 6 months will not be covered by insurance and should not register. The minimum age for water activity insurance is 4 years old. Parents should consider their child's condition before registering. Children under 12 years old must share a boat with an adult and are listed in the order option for children at NT$500.
Pets are not recommended to participate. Please also try to know your pet's swimming ability and whether they need to wear a life jacket (mixed-breed dogs and medium to large breeds usually do not need life jackets).
If you cancel your registration at the last minute, you must inform us of the reasons (such as serious illness, family members' condolences, major accidents, or other uncontrollable factors) before 12:00 noon the day before the cancellation and provide relevant proof in order to receive an 80% refund.
If the event is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic accidents, weather conditions, or discomfort during menstruation, please call to inform us and cooperate with the store to adjust the time.

Sea conditions and tidal currents are highly variable, please be aware when booking. Our instructors prioritize the safety of our visitors, and the activity area may be adjusted depending on the current conditions, possibly changing to the Wanlitong sea area or other locations.
If the weather is unfavorable a few days before the event date, but sea conditions do not match weather conditions, our instructors will contact customers by phone no later than 1-2 hours before the event time.
Please be aware that ocean currents and tides are uncontrollable factors. It is recommended to allow extra time when planning your trip to Kenting so that you can adjust your itinerary according to the most suitable time of day!
Please arrive at the store 15 minutes before the activity's departure time. Latecomers will not be waited for. If you need to change the time due to personal reasons, please call us in advance to inform us. Those who do not notify us will be subject to the cancellation policy below.
Due to the recent pandemic and other infectious diseases, in order to protect the safety of all passengers, you are required to travel to the water features with our instructors in a self-driving vehicle.
The activity safety education regulations, instructions and demonstrations should be followed, and the instructor's instructions should be followed during water activities.
Clothing It is recommended that you wear clothes that you want to take beautiful photos, or sports sweat-wicking, breathable thin long-sleeves, long trousers or swimsuits, do not wear jeans or cotton clothes, and do not wear sunscreen when you go into the water (sunscreen lotion will cause the mask to get wet , difficult to enjoy the activity), you can choose to bring your own hat. If you participate in water activities, you can go back to the store to change clothes and freshen up. We will provide toiletries, shampoo, and shower gel. Please bring your own clothes.
Registration is subject to adjustment based on on-site registration. You may be traveling with other travelers, and the tour will be conducted in separate areas with social distancing maintained throughout. If you do not wish to join a group, please confirm with the online seller before booking.
If you are unable to join the ride due to taking public transportation, please make a note when booking and pay a transfer fee of NT$50 per person on-site. If no note is made, the service to the drainage point cannot be provided. Please be aware of this.
